Background
Ronnie grew up in Dallas and worked as a school teacher before entering the Telecomm Industry in the late 1980’s.
Having had great success reorganizing the training department of his first company, Ronnie became the manager of all of the companies call centers. Gaining experience managing hundreds of employees in multiple cities gave Ronnie future opportunities to streamline operations for several companies in several cities.
With the collapse of the Telecomm industry in the early 1990’s, Ronnie entered the Real Estate and Appraisal field becoming licensed in Texas as both a real estate agent and a commercial appraiser. Working for the Dallas Central Appraisal District for seventeen years gave Ronnie broad exposure to all aspects of the Real Estate industry. During his tenure at the District, Ronnie began working in real estate and has ten years of experience working with both Commercial and Residential buyers and sellers.
In January 2012, Ronnie left the Dallas Central Appraisal District to form Metrotax Property Tax Consultants LLC. Ronnie now works full time focusing on the Commercial side of Real Estate with Candace Rubin Real Estate.
