Chris Taylor has been with Candace Rubin since 1991. She assists in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and in property tax reduction. She is extremely knowledgeable of protest protocol and orchestrates the protests from start to finish for the tax agents. Deadlines are critical, whether it is a protest for valuation, homestead exemption or agricultural exemption and Chris has more than 22 years’ experience in handling such deadlines and filing the necessary forms.
